MalProSoft Planning & Production System (MPPS)
MalProSoft PPS is specially designed for the Planning and Production Department to plan production scheduling based on sales orders or forecast orders and capacity management. Users are able to monitor materials issues, production flow, daily output and quality control at each process. Moreover, MalProSoft PPS can handle unlimited user-defined work-in-progress processes.

Why MalProSoft PPS?
With MalProSoft PPS, users are able to plan schedules for production run based on existing manpower and production capacity while monitoring materials issuing, production throughput, quality control and etc. It can:

· Track capacity availability and occupancy
· Track user-defined work-in-progress (WIP) flow configuration using WIP router
· Schedule sorting based on production delivery, priority and MPS Number
· Propose production earliest start date and end date
· Handle Materials Issues [MIF] at shop floor by lot (MPS Lot) or on ad-hoc basis
· Handle multiple pick during MIF
· Decrease raw materials/products inventory and increase shop floor inventory during materials issuing
· Track daily production output including tracking defects
· Compute weekly/monthly production output report by product grouping, machine and etc.
· Track materials issued and actual usage in each WIP
· Post finished products from final WIP stages to products inventory
· Return balance inventory from shop floor to materials/ products store by using Materials Return Form
· Track shop floor inventory movement via transactions file or individual product lot
· Handle quality control including IQC buyoff procedures, OC buyoff procedures, Line QA and CPAR
