Business Solution Consultants

Responsibilities:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills especially in English (Mandarin would be an added advantage).

  • Able to conduct presentation, product demonstrations, seminars, workshops etc.
  • Must be articulate and able to listen well & understand customer's business requirements
        (industry, domain & business knowledge will be a great advantage).
  • Preferably with sound, working knowledge & understanding of global ERP2 systems (scope
        includes but is not restricted to Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing, HRIS, CRM) -
        implementation & pre-sales experience required.
  • Must be able to handle both standard applications as well as turnkey applications needs.
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding is also preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Must have good networking skills, pleasant personality, well groomed with excellent inter-
        personal skills.
  • Must be dynamic, optimistic and have perseverance.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation / overseas as and when necessary.
  • Must have initiative, be self-driven and work independently.
  • Must have own transportation.

    Requirements:
    To engage prospective customers during sales / pre-sales cycle by understanding their
    business needs & requirements
  • To do pre-sales requirement study, analysis, prepare simulation data if necessary
  • To develop in-depth knowledge of all products / applications developed by the Company
  • To provide business solution & conduct detailed demo for prospective customers'
  • To work on / help to design & develop customized solutions or prototype as and when
        required if the prospective customers' requirement is not within the standard application
        scope
  • To provide documentation on prospective customers' requirements
  • To conduct presentation, product demonstrations, seminars & workshops etc.
  • To communicate customers' requirements (written and verbal) to the Consulting Team as 
        and when the customer's order is confirmed
  • To assist in identifying market driven needs for enhancements of standard applications and
        development of new applications
  • To assist in other sales & marketing activities as and when required by Management
